Paul Nicholson
Paul is the Managing Director of Fermata Workplace Solutions. Paul is a strategic workplace conflict partner, whose work is grounded in fairness, organizational context, and trauma-informed practice.
Prior to starting Fermata Workplace Solutions, Paul led a team of workplace investigators and mediators conducting dozens of simultaneous complex cases and interventions across a wide range of sectors and areas of focus. An HR generalist by training, Paul has supported operational leaders in the developmental service, international sports, logistics, and automotive parts sectors.
Paul has conducted 100+ investigations, mediations and assessments over 8+ years across a broad range of employers in federally and provincially regulated organizations.
